Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of passion-education.comand its sub-pages, your registration for our education fairs and partner-school events, and the free student advisory services we offer through them. By using the site or submitting a form on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
1. Who we are and what we do
Passion Education is the trading name of PASSION CONNECT CONSULTING - FZCO, a Free Zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates — seeLegal Information. We represent educational institutions in international student markets and organise education fairs and school events for prospective students and their families. We are not an educational institution, and we do not award places, qualifications or scholarships.
2. Eligibility
You may use this site if you are 18 or older, or if you are under 18 and a parent or guardian consents to your registration and is available at the contact details you provide. Registrations made for someone else must be made with that person’s knowledge.
3. Registration and attendance
- Registration for our events is free of charge.
- Entry is subject to prior registration and to presenting the registration number or QR code you receive by email. We may close registration once venue capacity is reached.
- You must give accurate and complete information. We may cancel a registration that is incomplete, duplicated, or clearly false, and may refuse entry accordingly.
- We may change the date, venue, format or programme of an event, or cancel it, for reasons outside our control. We will notify registered attendees at the email address given and, where an event is cancelled, that is the full extent of our obligation.
- Photography and filming may take place at our events for promotional use. Tell a member of staff on site if you do not wish to appear.
4. Institutions and outcomes
The list of participating institutions published before an event is indicative. An institution may withdraw, and we are not liable for its withdrawal. Nothing on this site or said at our events is an offer of admission. Admission decisions, tuition fees, scholarships, entry requirements and visa outcomes are matters for the institution and the relevant authorities alone, and we do not guarantee any of them. Information about programmes, fees and deadlines is provided for orientation and may change without notice; verify it with the institution before you rely on it.
5. Advisory services
Guidance we give about study destinations, programmes and applications is free, general and not legal or immigration advice. We are remunerated by the institutions we represent. Decisions about where you apply and what you sign remain yours.
6. Your data
We process personal data submitted through this site, and data we receive from Meta lead ads, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where you consent on a registration form, your registration is shared with the institutions you selected so that they may contact you. You may ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time — see Data Deletion Instructions — and the measures we take to protect it are published as ourSecurity Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or third-party data without authorisation;
- submit automated, scripted or bulk registrations, or otherwise interfere with our forms, webhooks or infrastructure;
- scrape, copy or republish the content of this site beyond ordinary personal use;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
8. Intellectual property
The Passion Education name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Institution names and logos belong to their respective owners. Third- party photography used on this site is credited in the site footer under its respective licence.
9. Third-party links
This site links to institutions and other third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their services or their handling of your data.
10. Availability and disclaimer
The site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost opportunity, for travel or accommodation costs incurred to attend an event, or for the acts or omissions of any educational institution. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to AED 1,000. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. Changes to these terms
We publish any new version here with a new version number and effective date. The version in force when you registered is recorded with your registration and governs that registration.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction — save that a consumer resident elsewhere keeps the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
